I contacted Greyson @ Flemings Equipment Services to ask about some idlers wheels for an 1990s Hitachi EX 200 LC-2

He just so happened to have a set sitting in his yard. Once payment processed I had them from Coldstream down to Langley, BC (Port Kells) in 2 days via Ace Courier

They were packaged up very nicely on a pallet and metal strapped down. There was no play in them and condition was as described. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more parts off Greyson and they will be getting a call for any future equipment that I need help repairing!

Beats out the big guys in town too. Prices were VERY fair. Saved me over $12,000 replacement cost for a quality used item

When I called about a remain they didn't try to up sale me and even suggested I do a few more test to make SURE I needed a remain. They know their products. Never in my life have I come across a company with such Knowlage of the field. I didnt end up buying what I needed from them, only because they wanted me to save money on shipping cost and told me where to go. I'm just starting out but when I am established and have more money you bet I'll pay the extra money just to buy from them!

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Jodi for the day as I was buying a crawler crane in BC and I wanted a knowledgeable mechanic to do a thourough inspection. He exceeded my expectations by being professional and extremely knowledgeable/ thourough in his inspection of the crane, undercarriage and engine.
