Would give a 0 if possible. My mother was involved in a hit and run and I recommended this place to her because they did do great work with my car when I went there a few years ago (I give credit to that part but I also remember this woman having the same tone with me like I was an idiot for calling). My mother called the number posted and the woman that answered was rude right off the start, asked my mom “who’s this?” she replied with her name and said she was looking for a quote on some body work, to which the woman replies in a snappy tone “it’s 6 o’clock? We’re closed”. If you’re closed and potential customers calling is such an inconvenience to you maybe you should just not answer the phone or delete the number you provided for people to call.
