Keith and Lynda are a joy to do business with. They are both a wealth of knowledge in everything sewing and very accommodating for service requests, especially when you're from out of town. I can't say enough about their love for the art of sewing and their desire to get premium products and machines in the hands of sewists in Northwestern Ontario! I highly recommend shopping with them! Their service is second to none and being the Baby Lock dealer for NWO, it makes getting into a beautiful machine that suits your needs easy!

OMG where do I begin!!! I have been going to Fix Sew & Scissors for a year now! They are tremendously amazing! I treat my sewing machines like “Gold” and at Fix Sew & Scissors, they go above and beyond this care! I took my machine to Fix Sew & Scissors after a bad experience at a different place..After being leary about all sewing places, Fix Sew & Scissors made me feel more comfortable. They take pride in your machines needs as well as yours. Keith and Lynda are such kind people who work out of their own home. I was able to drop off my machine(s) at adequate times of the day that meet my needs. Once they have serviced my machine, they contacted me to let me know what was wrong, even if it was on a silly stitch that wasn’t working for me:P. They are equipped with threads, machines as well as carrying cases to choose from at a very decent price. Keith was so honest and worked with integrity on my machine.This service has kept me sewing, my machine under the proper care, and my trust in 100% with him and his wife! I thank both Keith and Lynda for their knowledge, expertise and compassion of what they do. They ARE the sewing machine whisperers! I am so happy to have discovered Fix Sew & Scissors. I have owned a Kenmore serger for a decade... A gift from my husband. From day one I could not sew a garment without the thread breaking or jamming...10 years of heartache. My machine was repaired and serviced here (in 2 days!) and it is a whole new world for me. It has never worked this well. Not one skipped stitch, jam or broken thread. Thank you Keith!!!

The service was excellent. Repairs were done on a Janome where the machine was jamming and also on a Pfaff Quilt Expression 4.2 to replace the scissor blade. Will certainly call them the next time I have an issue with any any sewing machines. ~. Stella
