Was looking for some evo branded Freefall Plus bike pedals. Could not find any locally (Victoria, BC) so I looked on line and this store came up. Gave them a call and voila they had three pairs in stock. Gave me a firm price to ship them from New Brunswick to BC and they arrived today. Right on time, right product and correct price. This excellent service as promised was very much appreciated!

The Dieppe location was where I purchased my first road bike five years ago. Since then I have never heard, nor experienced anything negative about their services or staff.

Any time I pop my head in to shop, service my bike, or just look around, I am greeted by friendly employees that are more than happy to talk about cycling.

I have never found a bike shop that rivals the quality work Fitworks delivers. Since I first bought my bike there years ago, till current day, I continue to champion the shop verbally among friends and other athletes.

I am not one to write reviews often. However, I have to post one regarding our (my wife and I) recent experience in this facility.
With the pandemic looming, and rules changing every day, my wife and I recently decided to invest / purchase a home gym. I looked online for weeks, and compared pricing. I even tried a used Bowflex. I was disappointed with this one (Bowflex) as I know what I can lift, and the Bowflex system was very inaccurate to the weight.

I decided to visit Fitworks, and was promptly greeted by Alex. It was great that he has the same personality I have. Very cheerful, always smiling and knows his product. Answers any questions you have, and even has some experience in the field to make similar comparisons of products I had been curious on.

The other great thing about him, he didn't beat around the bush. While incredibly polite and easy to talk to, he didn't mislead us just to "get a sale".

I brought my wife in to look at their floor model P2X, and he treated her with the same attitude as he did me. Full respect.

We purchased it the same day, and had it in our house within a week. They had to take it apart in the showroom, and they were busy, a slight delay here. But absolutely nothing to complain about.

When I went to pick it up, the gentleman (Rheal I believe) helped me load up the pieces, and he even mentioned that he took them apart in a manner that there were less pieces to put back together.

The instructions were easy to follow and works like it did in the showroom.

Then, for the warranty. One cable coating is already shearing. I called the store about the warranty, wondering how this will go. She told me I have to go to the Bodysolid web site.

I went, registered and sent an email with pictures about the issue. Within 5 minutes, another cable is shipped.

This service is absolutely amazing, and the way Bodysolid stands behind their product, is fantastic.

If and when I need more gym equipment, they will be my first option. No question.

The Dieppe store is always so great deal with, awesome store with great selection. Very personable service, answered all of our questions & chatted with us, but never too pushy. They are open Saturday’s which is huge for so many people, which is great! Always try to stop in when we are in town!

Rhéal was super friendly, very knowledgeable on products that were available and gave us great advice for purchasing our exercise bike. Looking forward to winter bike rides in the basement this winter. Highly recommend fitworks for anything fitness !!

Great location with a good variety of sports and fitness equipment for sale. Be aware that some supplies are on back order. The staff however is very friendly and will do their best to help you.
