Very poor service
Came to my pickup on time but they give door who behind 2 hr from the appointment time,,,,,,,,,,,

So as a first time visitor there for a delivery, I pressed the button as advised, the first interaction i got from that man was…don’t press that button again…. I was like that’s your company problems or policy man not mine figures out with them not me. ….. and thats it they started looking for. Appointment time asking rudely whatsvyour appointment time …. I asked couple of drivers as well they don’t even go by appointment time . Saying me that don’t miss behave you will get ban your load will get cancel bla bl bla!!! I just gave him the solutionof the buzzer of you not happy to hear it talk to your company you work for . As per my first visit i had to do it

Rude and unprofessional guy at shipping & receiving office( morning shift). Took 1.5 hour for unloading. Park on the street and walk to shipping & receiving office for check in.

This is the worst company in Canada, Two people already lost their life in that sh*t factory with no safety or respect for the employees. the Russian gang brought their culture with them to Canada, the gov of Ontario must act quickly against those losers
