Working with the FGP team was smooth and they answered all my questions in detail. I was able to see the machine before purchasing and talk about the upgrades etc. It was extremely helpful having Mak answer questions in the first couple month of using the machine until I got a hang of everything.

I have owned the Rig for a year now and basically no issues so far. I would highly recommend FGP for their reliable customer service and care for what they do.

Really tremendous work from Mak. He clearly knows his stuff and was able to give me a lot of insight into how my older CNC operates and how to get the most out of it. I am happy that it is running again, but more importantly I feel like I got good and honest advice for how to keep it running for at least a while longer. I was really impressed by how he was able to see where the problem lay- what part was contributed by mechanical issues, what by software settings and where it could be computer hardware components. Just incredibly valuable.

We shopped for a new or used CNC for our fabrication facility (millwork, signage, and decor items) and were taken by the cost vs. features from FGP. The deal was sealed when I flew up to B.C. to see a similar machine in their facility. The weight and sturdiness of the table is similar to machines at a much higher price point. We've had ours for nearly two years now and it has been a workhorse day-in and day-out with few problems. When we did need assistance FGP would get on the phone or map onto to our workstation very quickly to diagnose and resolve. We are quite pleased.

Decision to by a machine built in Canada let alone built right here in BC makes it even better. Machine is top notch and they provide excellent service.
