Horrible experience the security guard women who works in office 1 has no manners, disrespectful yelling at all drivers she seems so miserable, people like that should not be working. Ferrero Canada you guys need to do better and look into your security guards many people have left reviews about them but nothing has been done. 0 stars 👎🏻

It's just about security gaurds. 0 star for security gaurds.they don't have manners to talk to drivers or workers.if management or security company read this message.either u can tell them to show some manners or remove them.company is good.

Just had to come leave a good review because I work at a local business and I often have people who work here come and tip me with chocolate and Tic Tac’s. I’ll happily accept them any day. Always kind people and tell me to let them know if I need more haha.

One star is more than they expect. It took 2:30 hours just to take a trailer out. Always, a big line to get in and out of the facility. They take 10 minutes for one truck.

No overnight parking but quick drop & hook. Never had any issues with them. Ensure that you have a clean reefer, tandems to the back, reefer set @ 60F cycle mode (used to be 55F before).
Tons of negative reviews from Sikh/Punjabi drivers….they should try doing a trip in places like Boston, Baltimore or Philadelphia (forget Chicago or Detroit)…no, I am Not prejudice … my daughter is 1/2 Sikh/Punjabi….maybe then & only then will these drivers appreciate this Location…just saying!!!! Pleasant staff at the checkin office

This place is a joke my visit was denied because I entered entrance from right side and was told to come back from left side because it's by law. What? It's common sense I never heard something like this before. The security guard was rude also..

Security girl at gate speaking not official language speaks in Punjabi and very rude unprofessional when I say her why r you rude and mannerless she start blaming me. they do have cameras should check and teach them how to do job because they are making their own rules bcus no one is supervising them.
Trucking companies spending time and money.people like her who are not doing their jobs professionally making worse for every one.

This place need to learn the loading weight on trailers. I come here a lot and I'm always getting trouble with the scale. Always overweight on the trailer axle.
