Char saved Christmas this year! Asked for an enormous job just as the shop was about to close. The manager offered to cancel their plans and stay late to get the job done. It took an extra 4 hours and the person didn't complain at all, they were actually very friendly. Would absolutely recommend, they got me out of a bind.
