We are so pleased with Fenix Metalworks construction and installation of our new Cantilever Lifting Dock! Corbin and Michael were the only businessmen who actually responded with an initial site visit to discuss the production, options and installation of their product.
Corbin and Michael were friendly and accommodating to our challenging schedule, knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
We chose a 6’ X 30’ with Costal Grey PVC Decking.
The installation was lead by Jason who, along with his team, were professional, hardworking and clean.
I already know from experience that Corbin and Micheal provide excellent, knowledgeable customer support; truly honest and respectful businessmen. The Fenix team appreciates the customer and we appreciate them!

I am quite disappointed with my experience with Fenix Metal works.

I placed my order April 21 online and after not hearing anything for about 3 weeks I called and left a message. I was told it would be about 3 more weeks before the fire ring would be ready. At the time of that conversation it kind of sounded like my order had been lost until I called to enquire. Weeks later they were upfront and said they had missed 12 online orders and shut that option down.

On May 17 Corbin left a message saying the rings would be built the next week and it’d probably be ready for pickup the following week, May 27-31. On June 13, still without a fire ring, I emailed (since they made their voicemail stating they don’t get messages/answer the phone) to be told I’d be able to get my fire ring early in the week June 14 only to be told it wasn’t ready until June 18.

In Fenix Metalworks defence, they were transparent (they took on too many orders) and gave me a free fire poker. I am disappointed in the placement of the graphics (they’re weren’t evenly spaced) and the weld is quite messy but I was ready to move on from the experience and not write a review.

However, I’ve had the fire ring outside for 3 weeks now and used it 3 times and it is already rusting. Overall, this experience has been quite negative and unfortunately despite how kind Corbin was to try to reconcile my initial timeline problems, I do not recommend this company. I am disappointed in my $450 purchase.

Great quality and beautifully crafted. Today I picked up the fire ring and fire poker I had ordered. I absolutely love it. It looks amazing! I highly recommend reaching out to Corbin and his team. This is exactly what I was after and was completed in about a week. Very very happy with our purchase and looking forward to years of family fires.

First, they messed up our order, second, they didn't do a thorough paint job on the 2nd ring (see below) and thirdly, communication was very slow.

Excellent people to deal with! From the design process to the finished product, it was a pleasure to deal with Corbin and his design team. They were patient while going back and forth to get the design perfect and then making sure the finished product was exactly like the design.

The product itself was excellent quality. The forest we had designed was a thick steel and I know it won't rot away after just a couple years. We also had a custom wall graphic done which also turned out perfect.

Highly recommend the company for the professionalism and craftsmanship.

Will definitely be doing more business with them.
