What's different about this place : all your questions will be addressed and customer service is above and beyond. Taste of meat is another story : can't return to regular store-bought anymore!

We have visited this shop two weeks in a row as we love the options available to us. We have purchased chicken, steak, beef ribs, fillet fish, apple pies, garlic, potatoes, etc and we have loved it all. It is great to know there are options for better quality food for us to consume. We appreciate the owner's honesty, rawness and expertise on the food industry. We are always given options and when we are not interested, owner is perfectly fine. We understand he is proud of the quality foods he is providing and for that we thank him. As for pricing, there is an old saying, "You pay for what you get." You want quality, farm raised, and organic, then pricing is right on point. Thank you and we look forward to our future visits! P.S. If I was just to rate the quality of the product and customer service this would be a 10 out of 5! There is no better food. Their turkeys are juicy and plump and have the most wonderful flavour. The prices are high though. You're paying for what you get - I'll continue to shop here - but the $$ isn't for the faint of heart!

Went here to have some wild game processed. They were very helpful with bringing in the deer and getting paperwork organized for it to be processed. I did buy some other products from there while in the store. Meat sticks were delicious. Only concern is in every pack of venison, I have found numerous small bone fragments I have to pick them out as I go. I’ve had deer processed other places before and found no bone fragments. Other then that no issues price is comparable to elsewhere.

Absolutely love coming to this butcher. We always buy a ton of meat here. Always fresh, always tasty. We commute here all the way from Mississauga because of their quality. We typically purchase a whole goat, chicken backs, chicken in general, lamb. Love the artisanal sodas. And Alex the butcher is always so kind to throw something in for free

The shop is beautiful, clean, well organized and well stocked with a large variety of spices, meats and other items.
The strip loin and flank stake we purchased grilled up beautifully and were full of flavour.
The girl working behind the counter was also super friendly and helpful.

I give the store a 5/5.

The three stars is for the unpleasant encounter we had outside of the store. They had a crate with kittens and a sign that read “FOR SALE” we assumed FOR SALE meant that the kittens were for sale and we started to look and touch the kittens. We were holding one of the kittens we were interested in purchasing when a gentleman walked up and rudely asked us not to touch the cats and just walked away.

We have no problems following the rules and had there been a sign stating to not touch the kittens then we wouldn’t have touched them. The only sign posted was “FOR SALE”. We wanted to purchase/adopt the cat we had picked up but the way this person spoke to us was so unpleasant we just put the kitten back and left.

It’s unfortunate that this happened as we were very happy with the service and products but we don’t want to have to deal with someone so unpleasant when spending our hard earned money.

I truly wish this establishment all the best and highly recommend them. It’s just not going to be somewhere we will be returning to. That interaction was way too off putting.

Okay where to start. First off, lovely little market with a great variety of farm foods. You can really see the passion and vision behind the market. We love their 90 farm eggs for $30 deal. The owner is very kind and remembers his customers. Thanks for the great food and experience always.

Great service and very knowlegable and informative. Ask any question about the cuts the meat etc and you will get a complete and thorough explaination. The place is spotless and you always feel welcomed when you walk in the door. If you want quality food products and service this is the place to go.
