Terrible communication, ghosting me for weeks on end, months delays to the original time line. Wrong powder coating colour, list goes on.. Worst professional experience of my life. But at least Chris did eventually get it done after months and months of harrassment.

Chris at False Creek Fabrication has been welding for me for the last 5 years. On site or at the shop, structural, mechanical or sculptural welding, from finicky to big and complicated, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else. False Creek Fabrication has made my job much easier.

Good talker, but not able to deliver. However, he is good at telling you how much he is going to charge you - be ready for a sticker shock!

Could not even return an agreed upon call for scheduling the work.

Make sure you make other arrangements, as this business is NOT reliable. I am glad I did and it worked out extremely well - the work rendered and the cost was less than half of what I was quoted by this business.

Chris is awesome at what he does !! A complete professional from start to finish, I had a really awkward request for him very detailed drawings that we worked through together he was always transparent and open about what was needed . Very happy with the result Chris went above and beyond what was asked of him and I would have no problem recommending FCF fabrication !! Great service and will most definitely be using them for all my fabrication in the future

Previously posted a 1 star review but Chris, the owner, went to great lengths to address the concerns I raised about poor service, miscommunication, etc. Not only that, but he honoured his earlier (already quite reasonable) quote despite multiple problems he encountered on the day of the install -- what should've been a 1 hr job turned into a 5 hr headache. Despite these problems, Chris honoured the earlier quote instead of billing me for the unanticipated hours. In addition, he still did good quality work, showing attention to detail instead of getting angry at the situation and sticking the customer (me) with a substandard result. He took the time to do the job properly despite it being a money-loser. In my books, this displayed an integrity you don't often find in business people these days. For this reason I'll definitely be turning to him again for any metal fabrication I require.
