Super bel hôtel, flambant neuf, propre, personnel accueillant. Bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage en auto. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement et celui-ci est gratuit. Belle vue sur la vallée d'un côté et sur le lac Okanagan de l'autre. Le déjeuner est inclus et offre beaucoup de choix (oeufs, bacon, fruits, céréales, toasts, bagels, pancakes, waffles, etc.). Très grande télévision dans la chambre et il est possible de se connecter à son compte netflix. Laundry rooms disponibles sur les étages à 2$ le lavage et 2$ le séchage (1h). Vraiment un bel endroit offrant toutes les commodités nécessaires!

Recently stayed at Fairfield Penticton and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient with Deepanshu who is knowledgeable and helpful.
The room was spotless, spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and calm & quiet location with convenient access to all parts of the city.
Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites Penticton exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommended to all. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Right by the beach, very clean..somehow rated 2 star but, does a 2 star have a very decent gym, pool, hot tub, breakfast buffet and complimentary 24/7 coffee/tea in lobby? Furnishings are on the newer end. Don't believe the breakfast buffet nags, it is very decent to be included in the price. Front desk very responsive, helpful and attentive.

Great hotel and awesome front desk hotel staff. Our room didn't quite have the view we wanted but the front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They made all the difference. Pool and breakfast bar were definite highlights too. Would recommend and would stay again.

Had a great experience- would definitely come back. The staff were very polite and courteous. Our room was clean and proper. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The location is perfect. Family friendly. Zero complaints

Less then 14 hours before check in they canceled our reservation. The hotel canceled it and Bookings.com says they can't do this. So I hope they get black listed. We will be contacting the general manager and go above them if need be.
They also have 2 other sister hotels in Penticton, did they call and help us find other rooms... no
The front desk manager and General manager should be fired.

Hotel is in good location, lots of options for dining and shopping. Clean, spacious room, bed was comfortable, limited TV channels. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok, but coffee was weak. We stayed for 2 nights, on top floor overlooking soccer field. If we're in the area we would stay here again.

Great pretty new hotel. The room itself was great, service was kind and attentive, guests were managed well especially seeing as there were h three or four different hockey teams staying there with us, we were not bothered by any noise or disruptions while we (two people) were visiting for three days.

One disappointment was the pillows. They give you each one down pillow and one thick cotton filled pillows but neither was comfortable. I ended up having a very painful and tight neck during my stay. Maybe I am too sensitive? If you have a pillow preference I’d recommend bringing your own. Otherwise, wonderful stay 🙂

If you need gym machines beyond an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and yoga mats, you’ll need to bring your own.
