Fabwell is a place where all the coworkers are friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the working area is so light. Under new management, the project manager, foreman, and shop manager are cool. They always give good vibes to each and every employee. The foreman are very respectful to the employees. The shop manager is so low-key that you always see him in the shop saying hi to everyone. He is easy to approach, as well as every other management personnel. The owner of the company is very kind and respectful to his employees.

Cheap cheap cheap. Under bidding. No care for workers. Zero quality work.

Pu haha. Are you still on the business? I’m quite surprised that. I was one of your employees not a competitor. Well, there is no competitor with this company cause too CHEAP. I can say coal miners would have safer job conditions than yours.

This is the lowest of the low people, stay away, the welders are all broken, the saw dosent work and when it did it didnt cut square at all, no proper ventilation, and theres been three near death experinces that no one has reported to work safe, and the boss frank is a theif that does faulty returns by ordering components and returning them for cash, also no one there has a proper visa or proper CWB welding tickets for the all position welding they do in the field. No wonder they alwats lose jobs and have to lay people off.

Shop is a complete disaster. Painting is done 10' from the welding. All equipment is cutting out of square! the management is completely unwilling to change! Paint is always single coat over rust! Non ticketed fabricators and welders. please avoid this company!

These guys broke our telehandler on job site. Less than half of the repairs were not paid for. Stay away from this company. 0 stars
