Impossible de retourner de la marchandise qui ne fais pas à cette entreprise. De plus après 9 jours jattend toujours la réception d'un remplacement de leur propre erreur sur une grandeur. N'oubliez pas de commander pour plus de 350$ car a nul part il vous indique le prix de livraison mais après avoir commander 200$ ils m'ont facturer 32$ de transport et ce à la fin du checkout. Bref bon prix mais service est nul et même presque absent.

Best selection & price of Bella + Canvas tops I've been able to find in Canada! And great customer service; Had a few issues but the team has always been very responsive and helpful when I've had inquiries or needed to place and adjust a large order. Will continue to use them as my small business wholesaler

EDIT - Definitely some the best prices around but you pay for it in other ways.

Rude, inattentive staff. Website riddled with errors. They offer discounts for positive reviews. Their inventory system seemingly isn’t even their own so they’re constantly short items. If you’re pinching pennies and don’t have a strict timeline to adhere to they could be worth it. Otherwise find your stuff somewhere else.

Super impressed with Fabrik so far. I placed an order on a Wednesday afternoon and received it Friday morning, processed and delivered extremely quickly.

Their selection for headwear is the best I’ve found and the prices are fantastic, typically cheaper than anywhere else I’ve found that stock some of the same items. Definitely going to continue using their services moving forward.

We ended up losing 40$ for a 72$ order with fabrik.ca.
First, they changed the color of one of the T-shirts sets we ordered because the color wasn't available. Second, when the T-shirts arrived we discovered that they were of poor quality with some threading mistakes in most of the T-shirts. Because the T-shirts supposed to be gifts for kids attending birthday, we decided to return the order and buy from somewhere else to save the day. We returned all the T- shirts and paid about 19$ for shipping ( with Courrier service fabric.ca spacify), and then they refunded us our money less another 20$ approximately for what they call it "FEE".
It was a bad experience to deal with overall.

Their return process is manual, you have to open a ticket for it. Weird in 2023, but ok. I’ve requested the return for an order months ago and have never heard back from Fabrik. Never ordering there again.

Ordering on the website was easy, delivery was quick and on schedule. Customer service post order was outstanding: Louis and team replaced a defected item without delay. Highly recommend!
