Interesting Place, Good Prices and Selection of Fabrics. I required faux leather to reupholster the deteriorating counter chairs. My wife wanted similar fabric but lighter colour in which Fabrictime supplied. Price Point and Service were exceptional.

This little gem in East Vancouver is 100% AWESOME. I got some beautiful waxed canvas there priced reasonably, as are most items there. Go have a looksee. ...you'll not be disappointed! Great if you're after outdoorsy material, upholstery material, and some garment fabrics too. The best part is HELPFUL help is right there when you need it. 😀
