This is an awesome store. I'm sewing a gazebo cover out of canvas and ran out of thread. Also needed a zipper for a backpack. The staff there were funny and super friendly. They made the shopping experience awesome. I think I'll be going there more often.... which means more projects. Oh boy.
Large selection and good prices.
Definitely a great store.

Looks like a fairly decent Fabricland, however if you have a stroller or wheelchair this store is not accessible. I could only fit through two or three main aisles. I picked up two pieces I needed and decided to leave early because it was too difficult moving around the store. I told two staff members and neither had anything to say about it, and neither thanked me as I left. I completely understand that a cashier was not about to move tables for me to fit down aisles during my visit, but acknowledging my concern and would have been nice. Generally thanking a customer for their purchase is also nice.

Perfect store for all your sewing needs. There is a wide variety of fabrics, many different sewing accessories, and very kind and knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need.

I hope the staff here get compensated for how incredibly knowledgeable they are. I am so impressed every time I come in with all my sewing questions.
I tried colour matching a thread to a fabric I was working with and kept getting it wrong. The lady here picked out the exact right shade I would’ve never guessed.
Another employee so patiently answered my questions with fabric and sewing patterns and took the the time to explain everything I needed.

I needed crochet yarn and I explained my Easter project. I was guided in the store and they even helped me save money by finding discount yarn. I was very impressed by the service and help I received. Ask the staff for assistance- they are sincere about wanting to help.

There is no end to the great selections of material,Vinyl, colorful all kinds of width ribbons ,Buttons,curtain hangers And to top it off the staff and especially the manager Peggy is so accommodating answering questions for your needs and if u have to order I'm sure they would do it.Ps if it's in the store they know where to guide you

Now that the store in West Kelowna is no more, I traveled to Penticton. Was greeted by nice staff. Ve
ry helpful. Bev was especially helpful showing me some extra choices and then cutting my fabrics. Enjoyed my visit to this store.
