Ordered a Defender welding skid with cover and reels for our mobile rig. Express custom was nothing short of top notch in every way, delivery was on time, installation went according to plan. Was all worth the trip to Parksville. Beautiful skid, welds and craftsmanship are all top notch. Would not hesitate to buy again. These are well thought out and work well.

I needed a bed liner made for an RTV dumpbox that was rusting out. Express was able to make one out of aluminum based on my drawing and measurements. I picked it up and it fit perfectly and I felt the price was reasonable. In my opinion, the workmaship is impeccable.

I suggest going somewhere else for work to be done or buying aluminum. I put in an order for 1 inch plate 55 inches long and after 3 days I went and asked to see if it was ready. I was laughed at when I asked, saying " I would've called you if it was ready." As I was looking for pipe 1 3/8" a few feet long and disnt have any I called somewhere else and they could do both right away. I went to cancel my order and she said oh OK. I expected for her to offer my deposit back and she didn't. I said, "so are you keeping my deposit?" She said in laughter," yeah I would think so!". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN MY VIEW STOLE MY DEPOSIT.

Express Custom Trailer built out a 21k 24ft flat deck impressive trailer for me a few months back. I can't express how thankful I am for pursuing this purchase with them. I have shown many friends that are in the construction industry and all have been impressed with the quality. Awesome Team as well. Extremely supportive and knowledgeable in what they do. Anyone wanting a custom built trailer, its the only place to go!

I bought an ATV trailer in 2017 from Express and the spindles bent after towing it for 25 kms with four moose quarters in it. Express repaired it stating they have never had that problem before. I used the trailer for a second time in 2018 with another moose, towing it 30 kms, and the spindles bent again. Express was contacted and I was told they have built over 20 of trailers and never had any problems and they would not repair it under warranty. I find that hard to believe. I have used the trailer twice and it failed both times. Poor product. Service was terrible especially from Tony and Bill. Heard they bring their material / parts in from China. Getting the trailer repaired somewhere else, with decent parts. Will never do business with them again. They said the spindles were rated for 2000 pounds, and the moose weighed no more that 700-800 pounds...

After a lot of research and consultation with many trailer companies, our company decided to purchase our trailer with Express Custom.We took possesion of our custom Lansdscape trailer today. I typically don't add comments online, but the exceptional experience i received from this company warranted a few great compliments.Our order and plan was drawn up by master craftsman Bill , he was fantastic to deal with, he ensured that i was completely satisfied with our order right up to delivery time. The rest of the guys in the shop were all pros and were also very attentive at delivery time. The trailer is top drawer, i called it a "Rock Star trailer" seeing it complete for the first time. This a company you can trust when it comes to craft and customer service. We will be returning to purchase more equipment as our business grows.
