Hands down the best appliance repair store and refrigeration place in central NL. The staff are always so great to deal with, great prices on parts, and above all they are quite informed on many makes and models. If you need parts for / repairs done on your appliances, these are the people to deal with!

Customer service through the office was good...

BUT after waiting a week the technician arrived on site, took one look at my washing machine (without even removing the back panel) and told me there was no fixing it and I needed to buy a new one (bearing).

Then shockingly I was then charged $115 for 5 minutes of his time. In an 8-hour day that's a lot of money, and quicker and easier than repairing.

I understand and fully appreciate that there needs to be a charge for service calls regardless of the outcome. However, I don't feel the amount charged was fair and relative to the work completed.

I'm not a service technician but feel that could have been more done or offered in the way of service.

I would not recommend this business to family or friends.

We needed a repair on our dishwasher. Service was excellent from the start. quick callback and technician arrived as promised. Very professional work done. Parts were ordered and and the dishwasher was back in service quicker than expected. great work Justin!!

We use every criticism and every positive review to our advantage to improve our skills and communication. Sorry you had to wait a week for service. We are a very busy company and service a very wide area in Central NL. There were many customers in front of you that were just as important. We try to go in order of calls. Our particular technician that day is very knowledgeable and knew the problem right away. When doing a job for so long we tend to see the same problems. However, we will improve on the amount of time spent diagnosing a problem. As for the fee, this is standard especially with the price of gas and insurance Any professional that we see for service has a rate. From getting a plumber into your home, or seeing a dentist for a tooth problem, there is usually a set rate no matter how long it takes. Again we apologize for your bad experience and we will continue to strive to improve.

I had occasion to call the company for a new Frigidaire stand-up freezer and another time for a Sumsung stackable washer/dryer. In both instances, I would rate the service and work done as excellent. Both of these repairs were made under warranty. Speed, workmanship and friendliness were tops. I live in Loon Bay.
