We waited 15 mins to pay and the cashier started helping other customers on the other side. She knew that we were waiting but still choose to help others first as they has only 2 items and we had four. This is ridiculous. People came after left before us and looking at us. We ended up leaving the store without purchasing. Never gonna go back.

If you got enough time on your hands to waste, this is the place for you! 5+ people at the checkout waiting to get their items scanned. Such a poor customer service never coming back again and would not recommend to anyone.

This time, I am disappointed with the store and the reason was that, there was $5 and something cent for Red Label Tea, 1 kg in the display. I thought that it was on sale because the expire date of this product is on July 8th 2024. But in the sales docket I got charged for $ 14.75. This is very unlawful and confusion for the customers. Moreover; I selected other product which price was not mentioned in the display and felt very expensive in the check out comparing other stores so I cancelled those items. In short, how can I trust this store for future. I can say, this store lost their 1 regular customer from today and this is me.

Worst Indian Grocery store i ever been to. I would have given zero star if possible. I went to store in morning. Everything was a mess. I was standing at cash counter with my grocery and they didn't even acknowledged me for 3-4 minutes. Then a girl came wearing hoodie with head covered and started yelling Ginni Ginni Ginni and started arguing, you could hear her from a block away. This all happened when a customer was standing right in front. I don't know why our people don't have any customer service and respect for their customers. Never going back. They should hire more trained employees or give them proper training.
