I always love when I get a service that exceeds my expectations, and by a healthy margin. I brought Esteem my dog's sleeping bag that was in real bad condition. After our last backpacking trip I left her sleeping bag in the storage shed at the farm and the neighbors cat herd got at it, thoroughly. It stunk to high heaven of cat urine and was ran through with muddy and greasy footprints. I did not have much hope for it but my fur baby loves her sleeping bag so I had to try. Folks, there are such things as miracles. I do not know what it took Esteem to get this thing looking as close to brand new as it does or how they got the smell out entirely, but I sure do appreciate it. Like, if you know how cat stench is you know there's usually a trace of the accent left over no matter what you do to try and get it out. It's almost a week later and the the cleaning solution has faded but the cat stink is not coming back. I believe they beat it. Also, they were lickity split fast. I asked them to do some patching where the cats had ripped up the outer fabric and they said it would be ready at the beginning of the week following. I took it in on a Thursday and got it back just a couple hours later. Exceptionally well done! Now, I'm sure they must have been having a slow day and things worked in my favor, so please give them some grace space if not every order comes back this quickly. However, knowing how hard they worked with the time they did have, I have no doubts that they do their utmost to keep things moving here. Well done team Esteem! Well done. Maria and the team dropped everything when I needed an emergency pack repair ahead of my hunt. Unexpected pack failure really could have derailed our trip. Made a quick repair, and we still made our flight out! Great service and great people! Thanks!

Took my suit in to get a mayonnaise stain removed, a hem sewn and a button added. They were busy so estimated a week before finishing. But said they would try for sooner, and the next day I got a call for pick up! Excellent service all around!

Melted my wool sleeping bags. Paid for it which was nice however when returning for other services they tried over charging me versus there quote. I asked to speak to the girl who I dropped off with about honoring the quote they refused. No refuse to do any work on my clothing... no one called me to info me of this either... they are one of the only shops in town so they run a monopoly and honestly just lack in customer service. Which is really sad.

Impeccable service, timely and even though they deliver large volume, its visibly a busy place - they seem to keep it feeling like a small, human and plesant place. They make great use of technologie at the benefit of their customers, thanks to the automatic texts for "pick up ready" its really bulletproof.

When I go into Esteem, everyone is so friendly and they do a great job every time. I have taken my duvets here to be cleaned. My dog has a tendency to puke up water on my duvets and they get the stain and the odour from my pets out with no problems. I have also brought my down filled jackets to them and they are always super clean. I will definitely keep on using them for my dry cleaning needs.
