Rented a trailer for a second time, first time didn’t have the proper ball size 2-5/16. So this time when renting it was definitely discussed I asked the price which was $15 I said go ahead and I’ll rent it as I don’t have one. 4 and a half hour drive and hour time change drive and get there almost at closing and still have to pick up steel after grabbing the trailer they ran out of hitch’s. Very unorganized and no care in the world after calling back and complaining that it was not available. Then to go as far as saying it wasn’t rented and that I expected it to just be available after over the phone saying someone didn’t bring one back.

News flash instead of being unorganized don’t rent items you don’t physically have. Second I’m absolutely sure it’s not the first time, so another simple solution sell the odd ball size ball in your store vs someone having to rush to Canadian tire to buy entire hitch and ball.

I’ve bought a lot of ego products recently just found this place and rented before, definitely won’t be back. Definitely due to the no care in the world over the phone call after the situation.

I always went to A to Z rental. They were very accommodating, friendly, and informative. They did not treat me any different than the guy that was standing in front of me. As a woman going to rent some equipment some men think I don't know what I'm doing. I've been asked if my husband was picking it up, lol..... I was never treated like that here.
Equipment world has an impressive variety of items in the storage yard.

Andrew was great with coordinating my rental and the lift was delivered even earlier than expected giving my some extra time to get my work done. He was helpful with any questions I had along the way. During the rental, I also ran into some issues with the lift. I called EW and they had a mechanic at my house within an hour of my call to diagnose the issue. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and got the machine back up and running in no time for me to finish of my work. Great experience overall with the entire EW team!

A to Z Rentals was my go to shop for rental equipment (mainly log splitters for me) and it has been taken over by Equipment World. They've got some common consumables (like flagging tape and work gloves) nicely displayed in front of the business counter. I think they are knowledgeable about most types of equipment, and certainly interested in setting you up with whatever you need, and on your way. There's a separate location on Alloy Drive for purchasing new equipment, which I think gives them a broad and deep coverage of the whole business: equipment. It's who I talk to when I need to buy a good quality dolly or rent spray painting equipment for my house.
