I am a grandmother of 5 who was curious about an ATV Coache for the grandkids. I called Equinox Industries and spoke to a lovely lady named Dana about some questions I had about ATV coaches. Dana answered all my questions and concerns with reassurance. She is amazing! She went over and beyond to help me. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about what I was looking for. She helped me find a dealership in London close by called Southwest Marine and Powersports with a contact; Logan. She said she would contact them and let then know I was going to call. So the transaction would be seamless. It's hard to trust anything these days but Dana was outstanding with her professionalism. Wow! Not expecting that.

I have purchased a holding tank from this company as well as some winter sleds couple years ago. This past summer bought a gazebo and some self watering planters for the back yard. Customer service is top notch with this company and all products I have received are extremely high quality and durable. I have highly recommended them to all my friends.

I broke the bottom fitting on my 50 gallon tank. (Tank slid off of my John Deere Gator. My bad!!)
The local store that sold me the tank didn’t have any parts for it.

I called Equinox and Dave at the parts department got the correct parts out to me ASAP. Dave quickly narrowed down what I needed and I ordered 3 of the same parts to have a spare in case I make the same mistake again!!! 😯

I found the people there great to deal with.
Highly recommend them.
I was sold on the service.

This is a horrible company to deal with and have a very inferior product. They do not stand behind their product, even when it is obviously defective and they have tried to fix. Purchased a 2,000 gal cistern and it leaked, then pillars collapsed inside tank. They don’t care and will not even help out with replacement. As a cottage owner this is very expensive. I trusted them and got stung! I have consequently done research and have found that Norwesco poly tanks are far better and Carlson fiberglass tanks are superior to Equinox. BEWARE!
