We spent a few hours at this fantastic spot with our hockey team. We were a group of 50 and it was a seamless and smooth operation and absolutely loads of fun!! The food was outstanding, the staff are super friendly and tasty drinks! Between the bowling and arcade games 22 kids (age 11-19) were entertained and had a blast! Highly recommend for whatever the occasion is that require good food great service and fun!

Anouther awesome time at Encore! So glad we got the opportunity to come try the pizza because it is PHENOMENAL! Probably the best pizza in Cranbrook. We also had a couple strawberry limeade mocktails that we all really enjoyed. The service was fantastic as well! Huge thank you to the owner, Jesse, for the great afternoon. We can't wait to come back!

Good food but very noisy! This was an excellent place to visit, especially if you have kids. They have a few arcade type games and a small bowling alley. You will need socks if you plan to play. You order your food and drinks from the counter and they give you a buzzer when your food is ready. Ordering is very informal and I didn't love it. I felt like the price of the food and drink didn't really reflect in the level of service. That being said the food is really good, I loved the pickle pizza. I have to say that 16$ plus tax for a 10 inch pepperoni pizza was high. 5$ for one roasted chicken taco was also a lot. I had a flight of beer which was pretty good. They had a nice selection of house made hot sauces to try. Kids have to be out by 9pm. They also have cans of beer to purchase.

We had one waitress that was really nice and friendly, and then one behind the bar that was not so great. Make sure to read the daily specials as the person taking your order may not let you know you're missing out on a deal, as happened with us today. The drinks were good and the pizza was as well. The decor is very cool, especially since the tables are made from the old bowling alley lanes.

Great place for a group to gather. Sample the wonderful beers, tacos, pizzas, and salad. Then go bowling! We had a blast. I am not a beer drinker but I loved the apple cider they had on tap.

This place is a wonderful addition to Cranbrook. I definitely find it pretty loud but the staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. They're brand new and figuring some things out but, wow, this is going to be a fun place!
Just be aware it's no kids after 9pm and they need a chaperone to enter during the day.

EDIT: They've been open a year and they've made a ton of changes. Their menu swaps out every so often, they've worked out a lot of kinks, they bring in great bands, and everyone should check them out!

Top notch beers, food and vibe. Equally suited for young folks drinking and playing games, 50 year-old birthdays and family game nights. All of which were happening when I was there. Great staff too!
