BEWARE! (Not a fake review) please mind the name of my account.

We are very disappointed in their services. No communication between us and their service team, even after calling and emailing multiple times. The have little to no professionalism when talking or working on site, very rude in person. They left our basement a complete mess, mud on the floors, water puddles left on the floor, stepped all over our shoes that were more than out of the way from the door. Doors were left wide open with no care in the world (Middle of winter) They will replace parts and not tell you until you’re billed. We still have no water. They disturbed the well outside which made everything much much worse. Second company that came in, laughed at the lousy work and sided with our opinions as they hear the same from others. Avoid electric motor service! This has been a disaster since day one. Charged thousands of dollars for 5 hours of lousy work that had no benefit to the problem whatsoever. Only made the whole situation worse. BE AWARE, do more research if you need services in Fredericton NB.

In the morning my wife called me that there is no water in the house so I called a few companies befor but no one was able to come in the same day and fix the issue, only Electric Motors were able and tech was right on the way to my place and fixed the issue in an hour he detected the issue very quick and did the perfect job. Thank you!

Disappointing customer service, I recently moved to the area and decided to replace my uv bulb(it had not been done in years), it was over Christmas holidays so I ordered from amazon. (not knowing local business yet). Unfortunately the the bulb went bad after 2 months I called the manufacturer and after verifying the bulb was still under warranty they gave me a case number so I could replace the bulb. I was told to get ahold of a local company to replace the bulb at no cost (obviously the factory reimburses the dealer) after 2 phone calls I was told Electric Motor supply was the company to deal with judging by the name of the business I would have never looked them up. I called them and the guy who answered the phone was down right rude. I was told because I bought from Amazon they would not help and it was probably a knockoff anyway. It was a genuine part (Again this is a factory replacement). There is a bigger picture here, its customer service and being new to the area I had no idea where to get this stuff, I have a water treatment system, water well pump and a sewage ejection pump, I also have a swimming pool. This company really should have taken a few minutes for more information before immediately looking at me as a problem, they really should have looked at me as a potential client. Don't worry though I went to a local competitor they are looking after me and they will get all my business from now on. I will review them also and it won't be 1 star treatment.

Disgusting customer service. They charged 100 bucks just for a mere quotation. They charge my credit card without even letting me know for what they are charging. Technician came to give the quote did not even check the well for making the bill. Customer service lady over the phone was lying, misleading. Do not give your credit card number to this scammer. Stay away from this business.

Had to replace my daughter's pressure tank and solinoid. The guys were extremely helpful and when we still had problems, they were right out to her house. Problem solved!

Excellent service in all respects. Advised us that our water conditioner could be repaired as instead of replacing and did all the repairs in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional. Much appreciated and will highly recommend to everyone
