Update: after posting my review Brendon contacted me and we came to an understanding. An both aim to learn from this experience. As such I am bumping this to 3stars, and hope that his future customers have a good experience.

Original: My initial experience with Brendon was positive, he was vert personable. when he performed my energy evaluation. Had that been all that was needed I would have left a 5 star review.

However when it cam time to have my Re-evaluation performed I found him very difficult to contact, I tried calling several times with no answer (left voice mail) and had sent several emails without response.

When we did finally connect I was informed that I was not eligible for certain rebaits (that he told me I would be during the initial evaluation) because I had not completed some paper work with 6 months of that initial evaluation, something i feel was not made clear to me during our initial meetings.

When I contact a company for a service, I expect a certain amount of hand holding. That is why I go to someone in the first place. If I need to stumble along I can do that just fine on my own. With Brandon I did not get the expected level of service, or communication I look for when dealing with a company.
