I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this excellent company for the past 3-4 years. I work as a stores coordinator for a retirement home in Vancouver and have been buying towels and gowns from ET and their product has been exceptional in quality! Their customer service is first rate and I always receive my order at the date promised. I can’t tell you how it makes my job so much easier knowing that my order will arrive on time. Best investment!
Bought pillows from them around 2013/2014 then bought more in 2017, They're the best pillows I've ever owned. They're still same quality as the first day I used them. This will be a really great gift for this coming Christmas for sure.

Great online experience ordering PPE for my office. The products were high quality. Some of them did not work out for my staff, no fault of Eden's, and I was quickly given a refund. Fantastic experience, easy 5 stars.

Bad experience, do not deal or buy any thing from this company, bad client service I had ever deal with for my business, made an order on August, charged my credit card on the same day ( this is normal action to ship my order) but what happened is till today I didn't receive my order or even notification with date of shipping. THIS IS FRUAD!! THIS IS Considered AS A THEFT.

I found this little CDN gem on the web & was so happy with the ease of ordering & their delivery service I had to share with everyone!! Their Products & service far exceeded my expectations!! In todays world of big box stores & poor service I highly recommend Eden, being CDN owned was just a bonus!

I have never visited the store. I think I would like to.

BUT NEVER ORDER FROM THE ONLINE SITE. They do not tell you that there is actually more than one type of item (ie. soft or hard fill pillow). Then they do not allow refunds/returns - Nor do is it listed on their site.
Very Unhappy with the website. I am out $70 (that is two days wages for me!).
I loved a pillow in a hotel and wanted to get one like it. The one I got (with the same name) is completely different.
