I used to absolutely love this store, I’m a guy and they used to have Marino wool shorts and pants and over the last year they stopped making them for men and now only for women! I have no idea why but just when I found some clothing I liked they stopped making them? Perhaps they’re sexist to men LOL! Huge disappointment!

Lovely store! I bought a nice sweater and have been using a lot since. Tho, I had a whole in it within the first two uses and that was quite upsetting. Fortunately, they offer free reparations for life! Now, it does take 3-4 weeks to get it back…
Anyway, been to this store three times before and the employees were always the best. They ask lots of questions and show interest in what you’re saying.

This store admittedly catches the eye, layout of the merchandising draws the consumer towards a variety of premium apparel. If your in lovely victoria downtown this unique store should be on your list of destinations. staff was vary well informed of the history of the store and there brand values.

I recently brought my girlfriend to Ecologyst, and we had an amazing experience! The store is beautifully laid out with a great selection of high-quality, sustainable clothing that really aligns with our values. What made our visit even better was the outstanding service from the manager, Sonia. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. My girlfriend left with a few pieces she loves, and we both appreciate the store’s commitment to eco-friendly fashion. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Sonia! ✌️

Amazing quality clothing! Sonia was knowledgeable, and so fun and easy to chat to. She hosted a paint night at the store, and does artsy events apparently every Thursday night at the store ❤️ thanks Sonia for an amazing shopping experience like no other!

Visited this shop on 10/09 (Sunday), greeted by the salespersons with a smile on their faces. Did not felt the pressure to purchase anything from my visit, they allow space and time for me to browse the products. Came to understand that it is a local brand in Victoria, BC and they have a showroom for people to visit to watch the whole process of how their garment is made. Love the material of the products although it is definitely on a pricier side of things. But will definitely make a purchase in the future.

I really want to give Ecologist five stars, I love the quality of their products, I like their business model. But their customer service absolutely sucks.

Want to do a return or exchange? Better have the order number otherwise it is impossible. Did you order online? The order number is written on a post card included in the box. Better make sure if it doesn't get recycled. Is it a gift? Better make sure the giver saved all the info or you are out of luck.

Did you guys get this system from a cereal box? This is a pretty poor way to treat customers, especially ones who just want to exchange for a different size.

I was actually going to take part in their investment program, but this kind of a abysmally designed system is a massive red flag.

Buyer beware.
