Very nice little store with a wide range of clothes. The staff are pleasant and professional as well as helpful beyond the call of duty. During Covid times, I have heard from an honest family member, that the owner helped her even after regular hours when she was unable to get away from her work on time. It’s always nice to here about stores going the extra mile for their customers.

Echo claims to sell quality items, but will not honourably handle the return/exchange of defective goods. After the abrupt dismissal by the owner, I contacted the manufacturer of the defective item and immediately they sent a replacement.
We love shopping locally whenever we can, and have always had positive experiences. There are lots of good businesses in Brockville with conscientious and reasonable owners. Sadly, Echo isn’t one of them.

Lynn and her team have worked so hard during this pandemic to serve the community. They want to see each customer leave with what they came in for and are grateful for every sale that comes their way.

They’ve worked so hard at cultivating a good curbside pickup system and deserve the recognition for their efforts.

Also, big thumbs up for carrying many Canadian brands!!

I live in Toronto but only shop here for clothes, when I come to visit family. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They will pull things from the rack to put together an outfit for you to try, and will be honest about whether it works or not. They will help my Dad shop for birthdays and Christmas and they never go wrong! ? It is my favourite store - ANYWHERE.

Love the store, love the clothes. We have been shopping here for years, in an effort to support downtown buisnesses. Today I was made to feel undervalued. My friend and I sat next to the shoe display and was promptly asked to leave the shop if I was not prepared to purchase anything. I felt as though I was being judged for my age.
