Awesome people, I had popular piece of equipment at my gym out of service. As a businessman I hate to have an "out of Order" sign on equipment as members count on them being in good working order. I called two places who were too busy to look at the job of extracting a broken bolt. I called Dynamic and a very polite lady (I am sorry I forget her name) told me they were also behind in their work but to bring in the piece and she would have someone take a look. On arrival she asked her technician Angelo to check it, he looked at it right away and said he could fix it. 15 minutes later I was on my way with the problem fixed! Thank you so much staff and Owners of Dynamic for bailing me out of a real jam, if I can ever repay the kindness please call me at my Anytime Fitness gym in Barrhaven.

We left a small shaft from a snowblower with Lorenzo based on his assurance that he did small jobs and that he would call us with an estimate before proceeding.
After 2 months we had heard nothing. We called and at first he could not find our part. Lorenzo finally found it and, without giving us an estimate, fixed it charging us $95 for the job.
We called objecting to the price & to the fact that we were not provided an estimate. Loenzo was not apologetic for failing to give us an estimate. In fact, he responded aggressively to our complaint.
If we were told $95 we would have taken it elsewhere.

Dynamic precision took in a project of mine on short notice on the Friday afternoon before the long weekend. Though the project turned out to be more complicated than first thought, they turned it around in a matter of hours, and they reproduced an off-center bore to exact dimensions.
