We just ordered 1000 pins for my breast cancer survivor dragon boat team. At first, I was wary, because their quote was so much less than other companies, but I decided to take a chance.

They were very receptive as we tried to play with ways to adapt our design so it would work well on a pin. After I placed the order, it was ready within the 4 week timeframe that I was quoted.

The quality of the pins was exceptional. We were so happy that we went ahead and ordered hats for our team, too. Again, we had to play with the design so it would work well with the embroidery. We were very happy with the final product.

The team at Dynamic Gift is responsive and helpful.

Our team will be wearing these items and trading the pins at the International Breast Cancer Paddlers' Commission Festival in Aix-Les-Bains, France in August 2026, where we will be competing with 4500 breast cancer survivors from around the world.

I had to order hundreds of lanyards on such a short notice. There were so many back and forth between the company that I work for and Yvonne from Dynamic Gifts.

I'm amazed by her prompt and professional response. The turnaround was so quick. I felt bad for having to reach back out several times over tiny details and the whole time she remained friendly and professional.

Because of Yvonne we're now able to get our lanyards in time for the festival 🙌 Thank you a bunch you are the best!!

The customer service was fabulous, even when I asked for the lanyard order to be changed. The lanyards are great quality and the printing is beautiful, even small images and words are great! Beautiful colours, nice and bright. Speedy production and delivery. Reasonable cost. Super satisfied with my order, will be back and will tell anyone who wants a recommendation, shop Ontario!

This has been the worst experience ever. Instead of focusing on finding a solution for their clients, they prioritized arguing and failed to listen to us. We attempted to place an order for 500 units of a product, but the sales representative went on vacation without completing the order, and we never received our product. When we reached out to customer service, Andy, in particular, was unhelpful. He told us that the sales representative was not required to inform us of his absence, implying that they simply didn’t care. He then proceeded to tell us that we would not be receiving the product at all. When we asked him to cancel the order, he responded by saying we were 'not welcome.
