I made a poor review of Duron Equipment a few weeks ago after a negative experience I had with Greg Dueck. What happened won’t change but I’d like to add that I deleted my review because Duron made it right. After my initial post I got a call from James Wiebe who is the General manager and we had a good conversation about it. I appreciated his honesty and that he wasn’t trying to kiss my ass. He just explained that that is not like Greg and pointed out the type of relationship he shoots for with potential clients. Greg reached out to me a few days later and we just sat down for a coffee. I appreciate the effort Duron has made with me to reconcile my bad experience. Nobody is perfect and the fact that Duron made it right with me says a lot about their culture there. Looking back, I should have gave them a bit more time to get back to me before I made the poor review. I would recommend this company and I like that the management team is real, no bullshit but can acknowledge when they made a mistake. Thanks Greg/James.

I recently rented a mini skid steer from Duron Equipment for a personal project installing some patio paving bricks. Ali did an excellent job of setting up delivery of the unit and was very helpful when I had questions. The unit was practically new and worked great for the week I had it. I would highly recommend them if you need something like this for your project.

Ali and Cindel on the rentals team are always going the extra mile to ensure I have the equipment I need, when I need it. As a manager for a landscaping and snow clearing business, few things are as stressful is when a piece of equipment goes down and Duron is always my first call because I know they will look after us.
