They are very good people. I always come here for pickup/deliveries & never got disappointed. If you’re coming here for pickup always bring 3-4 good load bars i mean no bent or damaged ones because they are very strict about their load securement policies. I brought damaged load bars once & the lady in shipping told me to bring the new ones from nearest truck stop instead of refusing to load me.

So this just happened !

Dear customer service team, I am writing to inform you about a traumatic incident that occurred while I was eating one of your products. I purchased 4 of the 3 meat Casa Mia pizzas that were on sale on Friday, August 16th, 2024. My husband and I were having dinner at 6:15pm when I suddenly felt something hard and bitter in my mouth. To my horror, I discovered that it was a screw that had come out of the pizza. I am deeply traumatized by this experience and cannot explain how it could have happened. This is a serious matter as it could be a choking hazard for children or even lead to a tragic accident. I hope you will take immediate action to remove these pizzas from your shelves and investigate how this could have happened. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to contact my lawyer and also reach out to media outlets to bring attention to this matter. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution to this disturbing incident. Sincerely, a disgusted customer

Your pizzas are great for the price point. But the rising crust pizza is just way too much bread man.

An inch less dough would be perfect.
The casa di mama’s you make are a good starting point.
The pizza doesn’t need 2 inches of bread.

While one of my favourite frozen pizzas is imported from the States, I am refusing to buy it and relying on Ristorante and Casa di Mama pizzas to get by (Giuseppe is wayyyy too much bread IMO, too dry). Very happy to be supporting Canadian made pizza from a non US company during this time!

I had doctor acres pizza before and always pretty good pretty reasonable I didn't know it was made in London Ontario the factory i how do you spell somewhere but I didn't know it was in London no it'll be wonderful destined to factory and have an area where public can come in and they can have pizza there on a site and to pay a price for it or set up some storefront location where product can be sold to but by the factory for straight income right into the business of pocket opening up a Doctor Pizzeria franchises. This way get more access to you can buy it in a grocery store or go to one of many Frenchsad restaurant and order it fresh. Company Brandon your name with the company name on
