I emailed Tobias about taking a look at my old, neglected Brother sewing machine and potentially getting it serviced if needed. He was very friendly and offered to take a look for me. I came by the shop, had amazing customer service and I learned more about caring for my old thing. When I explore upgrading to another machine in the future, I would definitely trust them to have the expertise to offer recommendations. Thank you again! 🙂

Best place in the city for informed buying of beginner to advanced sewing machines - they help you learn about the options and how to use your machines. Varied and ultra skilled repair of new to antique sewing machines! Tobias is the best.

Fun and comfortable place to learn. It has been years since I tried using my sewing machine and I am so happy that I have found a class like this! Tobias is an expert with the machines, with a wealth of knowledge and tips about the machines and how they work. The classes are fun, well-paces, and project-based (we made tote bags!). I cannot wait to return 🙂

Special ordered a specific industrial juki machine from Downtown sewing, got it in less than a week and Tobias was able to work around my hectic schedule, delivered it to my studio and helped set it up! The machine is great and customer service even better. Thank you!

Came in for a zipper pouch class, notions and fabric were provided!

Tobias is fun and really good at walking us through the steps, explaining why we do what we are doing!

You can tell he is experienced when it came to troubleshooting machines on the spot (we did not bring generic machines LOL)

Overall my partner and I had a really good time and are looking forward to another class down the road!
