In the middle of Fort Nelson stands by far the best health food store, I’ve ever been across.
The service and friendly staff is unparalleled!!
I worked in Fort Nelson for about 10 years I was a regular at Down To Earth.
After a decade of absence on my part I was pleased to see the best health food store, I’ve ever came across. Was still open “Fort Nelson has suffered a severe economic downturn”
Beyond my wildest expectations the owner still remembers me!
Which also shows you she cares greatly about her customers
It’s also the Best coffee shop in town
I highly recommend anyone stopping in

Stopped in on my travels down the Alaska highway, and was very pleased! I ordered a pasta entree with fresh tomatoes, and a fruit smoothie, very good healthy affordable food with great service! They even had a nice little patio to sit outside and eat

What a great store / café! If you're in the area, be sure to stop by for some excellent coffees (with homemade syrup!), delicious smoothies, salads, bowls, pizza, desserts.. Vegan and gluten free options are available and clearly labeled. The shop offers a variety of items, for example groceries, cosmetics, supplements, etc. Couldn't take photos of the food because I had to eat it, it was too delicious!

I was in Fort Nelson for a few months, and this place was the highlight of my time there. Always great service (surprisingly fast to get my latte in the morning), and amazingly fresh food. I spent more on their cafe foods than I did on groceries. I also ate way more baked goods than I should have. My favourites were their stuffed portobello mushrooms and carrot/zucchini muffins. Definitely try this place if you’re in town 🙂

A lovely place to stop when we are driving through Fort Nelson. They have lots of useful and cute items for sale, including pet items! The homemade food is so wholesome and delicious! Always look forward to seeing what’s on the food menu. 🙂
