Got an issue with at least one bearing on the utility trailler. We were about to lose the tire Daryl came to us in town to check what was wrong and then we followed him to the shop. Very professional, good job.
We were on a schedule to go back home.
Very impress with the service ! 😉

Great down to earth heavy equipment mechanics. We lost both trailer leaf springs to Frost heaves on the highway. Kevin not only repaired, but also upgraded our trailer, and got us back on our cross Canada trek. Thanks DNA trailer analysis, you kept us trucking!

Was in a bind first thing in the morning, Googled truck repair valleyveiw, went off the beaten path out to dna. I had a belt do a smoke show under the hood due to a seized idler pully on my cat. Kevin met me at the gate. More than happy to help with parts in stock. Made my crane appointment. Great service 👍

Absolute thief. Needed one ujoint changed on my semi (short shaft) first thing he says after looking at my cab card, ooooh your a long way from home. I left my truck and went up town 2.5 hrs go by and I call asking if it's done since everyone knows that's a 1.75 hr job at most. So he says ya mechanic is just putting it back in. I head down there go in the shop and the fat sloth mechanic is still tightening (Well whatever) wait another half hour and he says ok she's done here's your bill And verbally tells me it's 3 hrs at 120/hr and $300 For joint $850 after tax. I just shook my head knowing a ujoint costs about $90 And he charged me double the labor it should have. And thats where the thiefs comment about oooh your a long way from home started to make sense. Top it off since I was so choked about being ripped off that I just paid and left, then looked at the bill a couple hrs later and I was charged 4 hrs labor not 3.. Absolute piece of sh£t thief and recommend never going there
