This is my second time purchasing a sewing machine from this company , and I’m just as pleased as I was with my first experience. The quality and performance of their machines are top-notch, and their customer service is always helpful and responsive. It’s clear they prioritize both their products and their customers.
If you take care of it, their machines really last. I bought my first sewing machine 6 years ago and it still looks brandnew.

sold me a broken machine but gave me parts for me to fix myself and a 3 month warranty. After going home and trying to repair it myself I realized the machine has been super glued and isn’t able for me to fix - I called and the owner said it’s my problem and his warranty doesn’t include fixing the machine ?

Don’t go here it’s a scam. Also rudest customer service I’ve ever experience, and only talked to the men around me for my purchase instead of me. Misogynistic and a scammer.

After shopping around at a few places I ended up buying a used Juki 8700 here. There were a lot of different machines to chose from and the prices for both the new and used machines were reasonable, better than any other local options I had seen while searching. Had the machine for a few weeks now and it's been working well with no issues. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for an industrial machine, but I would recommend doing some research first so you know what you need and what to look for.
