I found the Ginger, Garlic, Chili mix is really good. Very versatile and an easy way to add great flavor to any dish. I wish I could find it in stores more

I am taking the time to give praise where it is due. I bought your product and added it to my sauce. This is how garlic is supposed to taste. I won't buy anything else after this. You have created an excellent product. Thank you. It is a total game changer!

Tried Derlea's new caramalized onions in a jar. Was a pretty convenient and tasty topping on my burgers

My wife purchased the Derlea minced garlic yesterday. We noticed the labelling indicated it was ‘processed’ in Canada. The ‘country of origin’ was not on the label. Called the head office and spoke with a rep who indicated the origin of their garlic is confidential and it is company policy not to disclose the location of the garlic they use. They would not tell me where the garlic came from. Will not be purchasing any Derlea products going forward.

Worst place to visit for truck drivers. Shipper has zero sense to talk with drivers. Wish could give them 0 stars.

I have been using their products in cooking for years. I just brought home ginger and Turmeric. WOW SO MUCH WATER!! It horrible. you can pour it out of the jar, and not just my ginger but both!!
Is this how their cutting back costs by making these watery now?
If so I will go back to the real product. Sham on yor company

Wonderful products and great family run business. I see comments questioning country of origin however I would expect it's a moving target (crops have good years and bad years depending on where on the globe) and know from the garlic packages in stores (which are labelled) that most of not all of their garlic is historically sourced from California. That roasted garlic (when I find it in stores and stock up) is a staple in my kitchen!

Good products. Ginger, Garlic & Chili is amazing, I buy this stuff 3-4 jars at a time. You should make a larger size. Great in stir-frys or on eggs.
