I would highly recommend this company. I called them about an issue with my skid steer and they were here within 15 minutes. Scott is an excellent communicator and had my part ordered almost instantly. Within a few days, my machine was repaired and dropped off. Hard to find this kind of service. I paid him $7500 And had the machine for two monthsand he still gave me the broken machine. Lying to me the computer is telling me this is a problem and I took it to another place in half day they fixed They issue.
I would never send any machine to him again.

I can let with out star, he doesn’t deserve . He it’s a scam , he charges for servise with out testing and after falling for the same thing he crates another excuse and charge more . Avoid that Services .

Used Dan for a consignment deal on my excavator, and it went fantastic !!! He definetly put in more work on this one than what he made but he got it done.

Dan at Dan's Equipment picked up our 2008 skidsteer May 20, 2022.
Dan's quick assessment track and rollers $8000.00.
Dan said he was an expert in our machine and will tear it completely apart ensuring it was worth repairing.
Dan called us 2 days later quoting $16800.00.
Dan told us the repairs needed and said the engine and other parts looked good so our skidsteer was worth repairing. The value of our machine once repaired would be 40k
Two months went by and Dan's stories changed every time we contacted him.
Dan knew we didn't use the machine that much but somehow we ended up with $4000. Tracks? When we said we didn't want the tracks and offered to pick them up and switch them he told us we couldn't.
Dan delivered the machine today with not all the repairs completed as initially stated.
Dan said there were no guarantees on his repairs or the machine and we should probably sell it?
Dan received payment in full.
If you want to use Dan's equipment make sure everything is in writing and good luck.
Update.......
We used our machine maybe 3 hours and it broke. Knowing Dan Bevan did not guarantee his work we went to United Rentals in Sherwood Park where they discovered Dan Bevan put the wrong size bearing roller and front idler bearings. United was very up front and asked us to come in and view what
Dan Bevan put in and then showed us the correct product. United gave us a fantastic deal. I contacted Dan Bevan asking for only the money it cost for us to repair our machine because of the wrong products he installed earlier. Dan Bevan started yelling at me that he gave us a deal and he should send us another invoice charging us more?
Please note Dan`s Equipment, Dan Bevan charged us $16800.00 paid in full. That includes the tracks which were $4000.00 according to his invoice. He also didn`t complete all the items he should have for $12800.00.
United Rental in Sherwood Park had to reorder all the parts, did the other work that Dan Bevan never did and their total invoice came to $7694.01. United did discount us because because of supply chain issues and it took a while to get the machine completed. They also delivered it for free to us.
All we are asking from Dan Bevan is $4500.00 for the work he did and United had to re due. Not sure why we are being so unreasonable

Dan recently finished some substantial repair work on my CAT track loader. I felt that he approached the job as though he was working on his own machine, spending his own money. He replaced what was necessary to ensure a quality repair, but nothing more. My experience with Dan left me with confidence in his ability, and his integrity. I will be entrusting my machine to Dan's Equipment for all future service work, and heartily recommend them to others.

Dan was awesome, I had a machine booked for later in the evening and some of my scheduling changed. I was in a pinch and asked him if I could get the machine earlier, less than half an hour later the machine was sitting on my driveway!!! The whole transaction was relaxed and easy going, there was no pressure, no hidden fees, no hassle at all. I will definitely be renting more equipment from Dan.

Smarter than you average bear,
True knowledge with the dressing.
Bargain price for pro service , worth the drive to get your skid steer fix.
That’s being said don’t bring him your broken toaster or your mother in laws broken sewing machine he doesn’t fix that.
