Great ultrasonic cleaning product but customer service is lacking.
The do not respond to emails even when they ship the product to the wrong city even though city on of the invoice and packing list was correct (apparently Purolator's fault).
Terri from Crystal Electronics calls me a month after delivery to tell me her shipping account was charged an extra $17 for change of address and proceeded to tell me what city I live in. She is rude and had no reason contacting me when the address error was on them. Maybe if they read and responded to emails she would have known this.
