Cotton are on a large commercial project we're working on. The forming crew, waterproofing crew, concrete pump operators, truck drivers, boom truck, stone slinger, heavy equipment operators, field supervisors and management have been fantastic to work with on this site. The concrete supply have been on time and concrete tests have exceeded the strength required. I would work with them on any future builds. Keep up the good work.

My turn to leave a good review for Cotton. It was exciting to watch the work being done and reassuring when you saw how deft and fast that work was. We wanted a few key elements saved from the old house during the demolition but doubted it was possible. It took a soft touch with a huge machine to make that happen but they were able to do it. We feel very taken care of by Cotton, even though they were smashing our house at the time 😉

I'm sure Cotton Inc. does an okay job at constructing buildings and pouring concrete, but around noon time on a Wednesday (Jan. 22nd, 2025), it's a very arrogant thing to do, to double park in a busy parking lot... You guys need to show some respect to the residents of Niagara Region and don't act like you own the region, because you don't.

Had to begin the huge job of emptying the contents of a house and Cotton was EXTREMELY helpful! Rented a 12-cubic yard lugger bin, and it was perfect! It took 2 days to fill it to the top, and Cotton removed all that garbage, debris, and waste and HEADACHE from the house! So grateful and plan to rent again soon! Thank you Taylor and Cotton!
