If I could I would I would give half a star selection only. Customer service zero stars. . I have visited Cotton Candy several times in the last 18 months. Each time I was not greeted or had to look for someone to help me. The most recent was June 5/24. I wanted to purchase a jelly roll for a project and would not have time to order online. When I entered the shop there were three ladies near the till chatting - one I recognized as staff. They saw me come in- made eye contact then continued chatting. I found the pre cuts. Looked at the options some of which were beautiful. Still no customer greeting. I decided that I would not spend $85 on fabric at cotton Candy. I left the store with zero staff interaction. This was not the first time but it will be the LAST time.

Great place to buy sewing machines. Bought 2 great Bernina machine and Ken in the back is amazing. First I call in with thread issues on my 770 Bernina and he helps me fix it over the phone. Secondly I custom make garments to sell and my serger broke down and I bought it in and he fitted my machine in his busy schedule to fix the same day as I did my errands in town. I took it home the same day and finished my orders on time. Thank you everyone at Cotton Candy from the front desk to the back room where it gets fixed ⚒️🔩🪛🌺💐🌹

Great store!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good pricing to get machine serviced, but book early as they book 4 weeks out due to being so busy (at least they did this summer).
Lots of fabrics to choose from and all thr supplies you may need. Fabrics are always coming in so always something new to discover.

The few times I’ve been there, they have been SO helpful and kind. They have very genuine and informative employees that really take pride in where they work. Cotton Candy is not just a store, it is it’s own wonderful community of crafters. They care for their customers. I’ll be going back to cotton candy many more times to come.

Great store. Big selection of fabric and machines. Very friendly helpful staff. My wife found them to have a great selection of Canadian specific designs in fabric. Their displays of machines and accessories for well done. My wife gave them a four out of five

Awesome staff and service, beautiful new store and excellent shopping experience. The employees at Cotton Candy are friendly and go above and beyond in helping you find what you need. They're also very welcoming to small children, making it easier to manage a sewing hobby and parenthood.

Dealt with the company many times in the past with fantastic service.

Had their in house service tech Ken come to the house and work on several machines. He's on time, courteous and did a great job tuning several machines. This company (and Ken) are highly recommended.
