This past weekend, we had the pleasure of doing a tasting at Core Values Cider Co., and it was an absolute treat! The presentation was fantastic, and the tasting process allowed us to try the full range of their ciders—each one unique, balanced, and bursting with authentic flavor.

What makes this place even more special is knowing these ciders are crafted with genuine care, using a true flavor profile that honors the roots of cider-making. It’s a home-grown business with a team that clearly values quality and passion in every pour.

Great ciders. Range from dry to semi sweet. They have non-alcoholic options as well for those who aren’t into that. Games for those who wants to hang out. Atmosphere is great.

My partner and I stopped by on our way through Canmore. The ciders were delicious. Not too sweet and really well balanced. My partner who isn't usually into cider really enjoyed them too!

We had a chance to chat with the owners as well who were super friendly and really helpful, plus the vibe inside the tap room is super fun.

Stopped in after a long day of sight-seeing. Had the pleasure of talking with the owners, Josh and Sarah, while trying all the awesome ciders. The wife loved the Pink Moon while I preferred the Diamond Dogs, but all were excellent. Nothing was overly sweet, everything was very well-balanced. Try to stop in, but if you can't, you can find their ciders all over Alberta (hopefully elsewhere soon as well!). Thanks for the great ciders and the awesome chat!

Dropped in the other night, and was pleasantly welcomed and had a great chat with the owner. Loved the atmosphere and more importantly the adult apple juice. I love the different style of ciders and what went into them. Definitely will be back next time we’re in Canmore. Keep up the great work team!

Core Values makes good cider. There's not a lot of variety but what they do have is solid. Their best is the currant which is just dry and balanced enough. The sweet ciders overall are the best categories, but none of the ciders are breaking any taste boundaries. Prices are very reasonable, especially the flight of four ciders - highly recommend that order. You can also find food and cocktails, the latter of which actually uses some of the ciders. There's no air conditioning inside so be prepared on hot days.

Delicious cider, friendly staff and cozy, cool, 80's atmosphere! A must visit when you come to Canmore.

Large parking lot immediately outside for easy access. Cidery seats 30+ people, so there's lots of room! Option for flights is available. You can buy singles here, easy to mix-and-match. Snacky food is available, see the menu in my review photos!

I went and played a couple of tunes at the Sunday afternoon open mic/jam yesterday for a friend's birthday celebration. What a showcase of incredible local talent!
The passion Sahara and Josh have shines through every aspect of the concept they have created.
Exceptional premium quality dry ciders, fantastic service, and a friendly welcoming vibe that filled the room. We will definitely be coming back!!
