Bought a Cord King with a 48” circular saw and 32’ conveyor. Approximately 1000 hours on it now and will say overall it has been a good experience. The machine is a bit rough in some areas but there not a massive company producing 1000s of machines every year. The machine works, is very basic and easy to fix when things do break. No electronics, lasers or anything that has no place on something built to cut and split wood apart. Cord King was good to deal with and has always been good to ship parts out quickly and stood behind the lifetime splitter chamber warranty. I dealt with the old owner Bob and he was decent to deal with, since then Dave has been my main contact and he has been great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Cord King processor. If you want a machine that’s simple and works look no further.

I ordered debris separators for my cord king a month and a half ago. I was told they were being sent a month ago. Here I am a month later, customers waiting on firewood and I still do not have the parts. I have contacted our sales rep., Serge multiple times, provided my credit card information three times again, here we are.

I am currently in the market for a new firewood processor and will not be purchasing a Cord King for this particular reason. I do not recommend.

So 29th of October 2020 16h30, Serge delivers personally our brand new ms1820. Note that cording is more then an hour away from our location and Serge goes out of his way and his personal time to deliver the machine. Serge takes great care in explaining to us how the machines works and he also gives us tips and tricks to be more efficient with the product.

Been using the ms1820 for little over 2 weeks now and no other words then wow to describe it. If you are a starting company in firewood production and want to save time and countless hours of manually cutting wood this is the only way to go.

One of the greatest thing we ever bought in our lives.

We’ve had our m18-20 about 6 years now and are very happy with the machine and service. They are built tough and to work, when a part is needed it’s always been on the shelf, not days or weeks away. Dave and all the great folks have always been friendly and helpful answering questions before and after purchase. Next machine will be cord king too.

I bought an M1820 from Dave in 2019. With over 1000 hrs on it I would say its awesome. It has had serious use. I only really ever had a couple of issues with it and Dave sent parts right away. If you need something fancier get your head checked. It's only firewood.

I bought a new cord king thinking it was a good name. Later to realize they had several complaints to the BBB. The worst machine I ever owned and service. I traded it on a Bell after only 1 month and several break downs. Look how many used ones are on the market before buying. Dont throw your money away like I did.

Bought a 20-30 ho model 44 3 months ago. This machine can cut serious firewood. I have sold firewood for 45 years and know when someone is bad to do business with. I had a problem with my processor on a Saturday afternoon and I emailed Dave to contact me. He almost immediately responded to me. He talked me through the repair on the phone and said he would send me a replacement part eventhough I was able to repair piston with his help. Cordking didn't make the piston but stood behind it. This means the world to me. I told Dave I have a big mouth and people would hear about their great service. So here it it! Thanks Cordking.
