All the food items for fair prices, vegitables and fruits are very fresh and lots of discount prices available. Massive parking space available. Public bus service also stops there. If you need a taxi cashier person will book it for you.

A larger coop grocery store compared to some.
Has a decent variety of items you may need. Good produce and a nice bakery.
Has some fresh to go items as well if you’re looking for a quick meal.
Smaller selection of pharmacy items but you can head to a pharmacy or Walmart for that.
Priced accordingly.
Clean and always has enough cashiers working so you’re not waiting long.
Large parking lot.

NOT IMPRESSED with the service there today! I am from out of town and needed to put my frozen items in boxes so I could put them in the back of my truck and the staff would not allow me to use any boxes!!! If your not going to give out boxes at least post it on door so we can bring our own or shop somewhere else. Next time I'll go to the pas and no frills!

A very clean and well stocked store. The aisles are always clear and plenty wide for carts to pass one another. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
