Compared to the regular-sized ice cream from that place—or from most other ice cream shops—their homemade gelato was quite small for $8 - Tiny. The flavor, however, was good. Both the mango coconut and chai were enjoyable. It would’ve been nice to sample the flavors before committing, but in the end, we were happy with what we chose.

Stopped by for lunch on a rainy Saturday in November. It wasn't busy when we arrived and the service was prompt and friendly. The salmon burger and fries were excellent; it was wild caught salmon and was perfectly cooked. My friend had the burger and fries and that was also very good size portion and tasty. The island farms ice cream was very good as well and the scoops are really big. We also ordered americanos and they were excellent. Don't let the quirky statues and carvings deter you from stopping by for breakfast, lunch, coffee or ice cream.

After them making a double cone, I took a few steps from the counter and the ice cream fell off the cone. The only thing said was sorry, it happens. They never offered to replace it. The issue was they didn’t pack it properly and I paid full price for a waffle cone and a bit of ice cream. Won’t be back.

A favourite place to stop, especially on a hot summer day! An incredible selection of icecream, including gelato! Mostly made from Island farms (local). It is always busy. Has a lovely outdoor patio with lots of seating.

We had a deeply unsettling experience at this establishment. A staff member—an older Caucasian woman—was publicly yelling at and belittling a young worker, who is a visible minority, right in front of multiple customers. The young girl appeared stunned and helpless, all while trying to continue serving people with professionalism.

It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness. No one should be treated that way, especially not in front of others. The behavior was unacceptable, and frankly, disturbing. We got the owner involved, but the damage was already done.

This place has real potential, but witnessing such blatant mistreatment has left a lasting negative impression. We will not be returning, and we sincerely hope this business re-evaluates how they treat their employees and upholds a more respectful and inclusive environment going forward.

What a disastrous choice of a place to eat. Food was awful and it took over an hour. The “washrooms” for the whole area was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in a long time. There hasn’t been an effort to clean in years.
