Very prompt, service was exceptional, HVAC trade’s person was very knowledgeable, inspected and pointed out deficiencies as well as making recommendations on how to bring our furnace up to top operating condition, left us with an annual furnace maintenance list to help us keep the furnace operating at top operational performance, left us with information on how to improve our air quality, and cleaned-up very well when the job was completed! We ran into an unforeseen glitch which prevented the furnace repair to be completed in the same day, but heaters were supplied by Confluence to keep us toasty through the -5 degree night. The next morning, Confluence was on the job 1st thing, and after some further testing, the necessary parts required to repair our furnace were purchased and installed promptly and efficiently. This contractor was very professional, very considerate of our dilemma, was very quick to come to our aide, and was one of the only contractors we’ve had that thoroughly cleaned up after themselves! We would definitely have them back when an HVAC disaster strikes, and we highly recommend Confluence to anybody who requires any HVAC work.

Highly recommended this company. A/C went on the fritz Thursday before August long weekend. Called them for help, they were here by 10 am Friday morning, they called to let me know they were on route. Diagnosed the issue really quickly, explained the situation in detail and gave me a few options to choose from in order to get it fixed. They fixed a leak they found, then had to run a pressure test for a few hours. Came back at 5 pm, yes you read that right..back at 5pm on a Friday night of a long weekend, who else would do that? Replaced a couple of parts, refilled coolant stuff, had it running by 7 pm.
So thankful they had it going Friday night before the weekend heat hit.
Very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable with what they do and made it easy to understand. Invoice was less than I expected, and came with pictures of everything they did. 5 stars for the whole experience with them. Will be calling them again if needed. Have recommended them to a couple of people now, great experience dealing with them. Sure you will feel the same after dealing with them.
