The staff are beyond friendly and always willing to help. They make you feel like family when you go. The prices are also reasonable too. Only go if you're willing to leave with so many ideas for crafting projects.

Customer service is truly lacking!
The cashier insisted that I had been in before and that I had an account number.
I needed help and it felt like I was burdening the sales agent by asking for items that I wanted to buy!
To say the least I will not return.

Staff didn't even offer me any assistance. I was in the store for 10-15 minutes. They were not helpful and I felt very uncomfortable. Won't be returning. Was first and last time I'll go there. So disappointed.

I would like to have shopped there longer! She has panels to make wall hangings blankets or pillows etc.. Dress cloth also besides quilting cottons. She sell sewing machines, notions n alot more! A must see for yourself!!
