A good variety of rifles and knowledgeable but not enough merchandise for outdoor needs. Feels like great rifles some helmets some outdoor clothes and bikes, quads and sxs . Too much for a small building to get the variety and price level buys. I did purchase my rifle there and they sighted it for me. That's been great. Just wanted a good sling but no variety to choose from. Staff is very helpful and good.

I purchased a Polaris Titan last year from a dealer elsewhere on the island. I went to Coastal for service (preseason) and a small issue was discovered. While waiting to hear from Polaris Canada for coverage I contacted the dealer where I purchased the machine. In less than 5 minutes I was told i was S.O.L. I contacted Polaris Canada myself and a gift coupon was given to me for the full amount or parts required for the repair. I contacted Coastal and spoke with Samantha (on the service desk) and Wayne (service manager) and both were great to deal with. They helped me each and every step of the way. My service experience was 10/10 and I was informed of every step. Samantha went through the bill with me over the phone and was very kind and friendly to speak with. The day I picked up my snowmobile Wayne was there and we talked the issue through and I am confident that I could rely on him should the same issue arise again. Any dealership will smile and shake hands when you're spending $20,000.00...but its the after sale experience that makes return customers. Great job to Wayne and his team! It will certainly bring me back.

Store is really cluttered which makes it overwhelming. Hard to move around the aisles - definitely isn't friendly to folks who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.

Seems like they need to move into a bigger location! The staff is fantastic when you can find someone to assist you on the floor. Very knowledgeable.

I had my motorcycle serviced there today. Just a general check over for the riding season. Dana on the service desk kept me informed about what was happening and when the work was completed. When I picked the bike up Travis the tech who worked on it went over the bike. He pointed out what he had done and keyed on a couple of things for me to keep an eye to. He was very thorough in his explanation of the service. Overall very pleased with their service.
