I have recently bought a nearly new Radial Arm Drill from this Company. I am dealing with a fellow named Goiko. The machine was advertised, quoted, and invoiced in perfect working order. I paid for the delivery of the machine to my place of work, I paid for a master electrician to install/bring power to it, only to find out the machine was not as advertised. I then found out that CNC Surplus / Comtex didn't know for sure whether the machine was in perfect order, as the machine did not have power to it at the sellers location. I am still in dispute with them to bring the machine to the working order that I paid for, per quote and invoice. At this time, the dilemma is not being solved, the machine is not operational at our facility, and I could not recommend transacting with CNC Surplus.
