Ordered some hostage target and stands from Chad at CM PRECISION. The sturdiness and welds of these targets are superb and will surely hold up to years of abuse. I'm also very pleased with the customer service - Chad was straight up and honest with the timing of the work. When I received the target I noticed that there was a part missing in the package which I addressed. Chad immediately apologized for the mistake and not only did he make it right promptly, he also provided an entirely extra target and stand. Thanks for the great work.

Very disappointed. Went there after believing the reviews. Took our piece to have it welded on Monday. They asked if we wanted it done that day. We thought no, we didn't want them to rush. They never called. We called Friday. They said they didn't do it as they were to busy. So disappointing. We needed our piece welded too. I was at least pleased that they returned some pieces without issue. They had removed them and then didn't have them with the main piece when picked up.

Every order I made was late. I had to wait months for my most current order to be filled and even then, it wasn't even started when I asked if I could come pick up the parts the day I was supposed to come pick them up. I was then met with a reply that he hadn't even started them. After I explained that because he is constantly late it costs me money and reflects bad on myself for making appointments and not following through with other parts of production. Chad, You told me you'd have my peices, the day I'm supposed to get them you tell me it's not done nor even started. I cannot have these type of things happen all the time, this is why I will not be using cm precision in the future.
